Cancellation Overview
The customer has the right to cancel the purchase process, return the goods and receive the full amount or exchange them before the shipping process. Send email to sales@technotires.sa to request cancellation.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must provide photos/proofed that the goods have not been used in any way, have not been installed on the rims of the car or have not been tested in driving the vehicle and still retain the packaging materials intact and in the same new condition which it was on when it was received. Additional non-returnable items: Items purchased based on special offers and for a limited time. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
